Kalshi, Polymarket and Novig all publish trading APIs, and the market data on each is public. Robinhood has no public prediction market API. Below, Kalshi's markets endpoint answering a request with no key.

The docs are public; the useful part is what the data reveals. Kalshi's series endpoint is how we count the 163 of 14,698 series that carry maker fees, and Polymarket's fee field is how we found a live 0.03 tier that appears in no published table.
